Loved our fairly quiet and impeccably clean rooms.

Everything was very good, very friendly staff made our stay very pleasant. We got a room with a bathtub. The bed was comfortable and tea/coffee making equipment, a writing table, and an ironing set were a bonus.

I was happy with hotel's magnificent and absolutely perfect location in a safe upscale area of the City of San Luis Potosi. The staff were attentive and kept the place reasonably clean. Everything was very good, I would recomand.

Impeccably clean, good value hotel, the location was excellent and particularly good very close to San Luis Potosí from now on. The staff were very friendly and the wake up calls and ironing were free of charge. Liked the very comfy bed in my a double room. Plus it had magnificent view over city.

The staff were absolutely wonderful and attentive, they made me feel welcome. I booked a room with an extremely comfy bed, climate control, a safe box and multi-channel TV.

Breakfast was so so, can be better.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. Best aspects were cleanliness, hotel facilities, location near downtown center and the very friendly staff. Our room was spotless and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We were very pleased with the location which allowed us easy access to downtown and transportation was readily available. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from.

The hotel is located in an upscale area, a short distance from downtown, making it a convenient location. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, and the breakfast buffet has a good variety of options. Some rooms also have great views of the surrounding area, providing a nice atmosphere. the staff is friendly and provides good service.

The noise from nearby clubs and loud music sometimes disturbs guests' sleep.

There were a few minor issues during our stay. The toilet seat in our bathroom was not as clean as we would have liked.
